Wet timing belt

Dear Alfisti:

What are the possible sources of a wet (oily) timing belt.  I had a mecha=
nical
tensiorner installed on my GTV6 when I had the heads done (about 900 mile=
s
ago).  Although I have not verified that the guy actually put the tension=
er on
I wanted to find out other possible sources of oil seepage.  Although the=
 work
is only 900 miles old, it is also 13 months old as it is not my daily dri=
ver. =

Therefore, it is out of the warranty period.
