Ah, the Clapham omnibus, what would the man on the omnibus do if.....  Similar
to the reasonable man, but what is reasonable?  I would love to bore everybody
with details but this is not the legal digest.  I can only hope that Richard
receives good advice and the matter is resolved quickly.
