TS cam clearance

If the cam is a regrind or custom grind, you should
have been provided a cam card.  If not, you need to
call the grinder and get one.  If it was Megacycles, the
grind number should be next to first cam lobe.

This card will also provide timing information.  If this
is a fairly radical grind, you may have at best poor
performance and at worst piston contact with stock 
settings for clearance and timing.
