75 termostat & valves

Hello!

Want to answer some questions about 75 TS.
According to my reprint of German Alfa75/TS/V6 manual:

Torque specs:
              Water pump - 22 Nm
              Termostat cover - 16 Nm
(Haynes gives the same for Alfetta, 22Nm/16lbf and 16Nm/12lbf)

Valve clearances:
              intake - 0.40 mm
              exhaust - 0.50 mm (cold)

BTW, the termostat has the following characteristics:

Start to open at - 81-85 C
Maximum opening  - 95 C
Fan start at     - 84-88 C
