164 drivers side window

There is a specific relay only associated with the drivers side window on the
164.   This relay controls the function of being able to push the drivers side
window button once and fully lowering the window.    The other windows in the
164 don't have this feature...you have to hold the button down.

Could this problem some of the 164's are having be caused by this relay
shorting or sticking???  Just a thought...
