164LS Gearknobs

Can anyone offer any suggestions for where I can source a replacement gear
lever knob for my stick shift '94 LS??

I've just fitted a woodrim steering wheel ( Alfa part but made by Momo )
which looks beeooootiful and would like to complement it with a matching
,ie. medium mahogany ( apologies to the rainforests!) shifter.

I know I can get one for the pre-update models but are they available to
accommodate the reverse gear lock-out collar on these later versions? Maybe
I should just disable the lock-out and use the older type?

Is the LS knob removal *yank & twist* like the old ones?
