Speedbleeders

Does anyone know the appropriate thread pitches and overall lengths (mm) for
speedbleeders with respect to a 1983 Alfetta Sedan (Sports Sedan), a 1983
GTV6 or a 1973 Fiat 124 Coupe?  Need this info to make an international
order.  Also, any experience on how the thread sealant on these devices
stands up to repeated bleeding procedures?
