GTV-6/Milano Cats

Has anybody ordered a catalytic converter from this company?  I don't have a
need...yet...but was wondering about fit quality.

The  GTV-6 is really reasonably priced at $164.00.   Isn't the Milano cat the
same?
The picture shows the two down pipes feeding one large pipe into the cat and
exiting out as two pipes that line up with the center muffler.
