Power Stack air filter from IAP...

Hi All,

I was looking through my 89-99 catolog from IAP making
up my Christmas wish list... I see that they have what
looks like a reusable/washable air filter that bolts on
in place of the regular air box. I once tried to source
a K&N filter for my '89 Spider, but got discouraged by the
long lead times and price. 

Has anybody tried the Power Stack Air Filter from IAP? I 
wonder how well it would preform under my bonnet as I 
constantly have to clean the underside of the bonnet around
the radiator cap (thats another story). 

Also, Isn't the air coming in from the air filter supposed
to be 'cold'? With the Power Stack air filter, it looks like
it draws most of its air from the engine compartment which
can get pretty hot especially sitting in traffic here in 
Florida. What effect would this have on performance?
