Lucas Starter for 56 Giulietta

If you're willing to use a Bosch starter, you can use any one which
matches the flywheel ring gear.  (Your parts supplier should be able to
help you find the right one.)  I had a 57 normale (positive ground
electrics), and I had the same dilemma.  I tested a Bosch starter and
found that the solenoid and motor worked properly even on a positive
ground system. Good Luck.
