More on California radar

I was up north a bit on business. Coming back to L.A, I saw a radar
enforcement sign on a "Speed Limit 70" sign just north of Lancaster on state
highway 14.

Also, the Golden State Fwy (I-5) is posted with radar warnings all the way
into downtown Los Angeles from at least Castaic (40 miles north of downtown
LA).  Allegedy for truck speed control but, take it for what it's worth.
