repairing pulled out stud

I'm wondering if anyone else out there has any experience with this...

I was installing the cams on the Spiders 2 liter head and one of the cam cap
studs started to pull out of the head (wouldn't tighten up). So I pulled it
out and was going to helicoil it but - it already has a helicoil.

So, other than installing an oversize stud, is there anything else I can do
with this?
