Re: spider starter



Could be the starter motor, could be the solenoid, could be (unlikely) 
bad relay points.

For the last one, see if you get voltage at the solenoid when you turn 
the key (likely) for the first two, if it's the original starter, better 
get another (about 150 rebuilt)
