MIlano water pump statistics

I'll add to the data:

Model: 1987 3.0 Milano
Purchased 7/90, 18,688 miles
4/91 24,400 replaced water pump, non Alfa, from Paul Spruell (don't know
mileage on this one).
5/93 39,512 water pump from Centerline (15,112 miles on prior)
12/94 48,848 water pump from Ereminas, my notes say SIL (9336 miles on prior)
4/97 71,922 water pump from Centerline definitely SIL(23,074 on prior, pretty
good!)
1/98 78,348 water pump from Ereminas, Graf (6426 -- seeing pattern here)

Since 94, I have been very careful about belt tension. For goodness sakes, it
only drives the alternator!! Cooling system flushed before 24,400, 48,848,
and 71,922 replacement. Not enough data to draw conclusions, but I won't use
another Centerline pump anyway. Latest Graf pump from Ereminas definitely has
different seal construction. I hope it does at least 20K miles. At least I
have had plenty of opportunities to keep my timing belt fresh (not counting
tensioner rebuilds and replacements)!
