Alfa dealer sign for sale

I have an illuminated Alfa Romeo dealer sign for sale. It is 
approximately 3 feet in diameter and the face of the sign is in excellent 
condition. The "innards" are broken, and it appears to be missing the 
ballast. I have no idea what it's worth, but am looking for offers.
