Twinspark question...

What will be a solution for a twinspark head on a 2000 block from a gtv?  
Replace the studs bolts? (almost impossible because they break in half!) 
Counter bore the holes? (not proffesional work because head can leak!) 
....... can someone give a solution for this problem?
