Ignition Wires Resistance

In my earlier post on compression testing of my Milano, I forgot to mention
that I had also checked the resistance of the spark plug wires.  They were
2.5 K ohms +/- 300 ohms.  I believe that this is acceptable, and should not
cause the plugs to foul.  Any other opinions?
