Just discovered that some of the non-cat eurospec 164 (12V0 has Bosch
Motronic ML 1.7 and USA ones have the M4.1. Self diagnostic is not
possible for the ML 1.7 unless you have the viewing tool. No check engine
light either for the eurospec ones (some of them at least).
