164 Headlight Washer Relay

Well, I finally decided I would waste some time by fixing the headlight
washers on my 164L.  The first thing I decided to check was the relay.  Of
course, to check a relay, a relay needs to be present...

Thus, does anyone know the part number for this relay?  Further, any advice
on substitutions or a cheap source for this part?  After all, this is not an
integral part of the car!

Also, would the relay's non-existence indicate some further problem (i.e.,
is there a reason, other than $, that the previous owner did not replace the
relay)?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance...
