Spider LSD/Axle Noise

Recently, I had my top up and noticed a noise coming from the rear of my
92 Spider. It doesn't appear until I'm going ~50 mi, then it increases
in pitch along with the speed. If I stop accelerating (but don't engine
break), I can get the noise to stop. However, if I go into neutral, the
noise is still present. Ideas?
