[alfa] Veloce or Not (1991)?

I think there are Veloce and non-Veloce spiders for 1991.  How do I tell the
difference and what are those differences in the car equipment, etc.?  Is
there a different character or something in the VIN to go by?  Also, are the
wheels one of the differences for Veloce or not (style and/or size).  Thanks
for the help.
