[alfa] Alfa won't stop running

My 1984 Spider has developed a new trait. It won't stop running when you
turn off the key. The warning light for the charging system lights up when
you turn the ignition off, but the motor continues to idle. (Not run on in
like cars used to with bad gas, it just idles smoothly. Sometimes if you
wiggle the key it will stop, but sometimes it doesn't help to do that
either. Has anyone else had this problem? Thoughts?
