[alfa] Valve Clearance Tolerance

What is the tolerance for the valve clearance?  At what point do the
valves need to be adjusted?

My 1969 1750 Spica FI has the following specifications and
measurements (inches).

Exhaust
Spec. 0.021"
Measured 1 = 0.0192"
Measured 2 = 0.0195"
Measured 3 = 0.0205"
Measured 4 = 0.0200"

Intakes
Spec. 0.019"
Measured 1 = 0.0168"
Measured 2 = 0.0168"
Measured 3 = 0.0167"
Measured 4 = 0.0170"

If I keep a log the thickness of the shims installed when adjusting
the values, can I pre-order the shims for the next time I adjust
before removing -the cams?
