   Think I related my experience before, but I had the cutting out, wait and
run again [for a short while] syndrome several years back.......I made a
heat sink out of two pieces[ 3 X 6 ] from an old lower pan....JB'd
them....smooth side to smooth side and milled a spot for the
module......mounted this in a cool air spot and haven't had a problem
since....
    Confession:   I did this initially to have easier access for changing
the module......a frequent exercise, complicated by my home made air
box.....so I solved my problem by dumb luck.......if you're not smart, luck
sure helps
