[alfa] V6 Tensioner rebuild kit

Does rebuilding the tensioner even help? In the event that there is
significant damage to oil-fed metal, I would imagine that the answer is
generally no.
In my case, I may have gotten a leak from somewhere else and just thought it
was the tensioner (the passenger side camshaft seal somehow had a minute
pebble lodged in it, grinding a groove in the cam pulley, creating a void in
the seal, and allowing oil to pass under heavy load). Turns out none of the
gaskets and o-rings I pulled out appeared in any way compromised.
Having said that, most if not all oil-fed areas have much slack taken up by
the rubber parts, so a big gouge would be pretty much the only way oil could
get by. There are a couple tricky spots, too: the friction plate that the
unit bolts against has an o-ring seal that can easily fall out during
installation or otherwise not get compressed enough; and the little donut that
holds the piston shaft should fit snugly in its recess.
