[alfa] Sheared Disc/Rotor locating pin

I'm changing front discs/rotors on the 164 Super today. The bad news is that
despite heat and WD40 I have sheared the disc locating pin. Any advice on
removing the old stub. I have no experience of stud extractors. Should I be
rushing off and buying a set?

Assuming I get the old one out, where do I get new ones? I've never seen them
on sale, though I confess I havn't really looked.
