[alfa] Alfa Mechanic in Northern Utah or Sourthern Idaho

Does anyone know of a good mechanic in the area of South-East Idaho, 
Northern Utah, or SLC Utah area?  I need someone who could give my Spica 
injected Spider a good tuneup, including the injection.  On acceleration 
she pulls strong - but when you hold the throttle steady, it kinda cuts out.

But I would not dare allow any local mechanic I know even touch the 
Spica.... Around here few have even heard of "Alpha Romero... (Who makes 
that?)" I figure, if they think "Iniezione" is the model of the car... 
they ain't touching the Fuel Injection!
