Greg Gordon's www.oldebottles.com Italian Cars pages have a very nice Ljet tuneup area.  After benefitting marvelously from
reading them, I'd say:

Check your O2 sensor reading to try to tell whether your car is chronically lean or rich.
Blow into a hose you disconnect from the engine (like the AAV by pass) to check for leaky hoses all around the world.
I'd expect your mixture is bad, perhaps overly rich for not running at temp, even though that's not going to result from air
leaks into the intake.
Or maybe your water temp monitor for the ECU is bad.  Give it a check.
