[alfa] 73 Alfa Spider no start

That's the key left-in warning buzzer. I'm surprised that's not been 
disconnected by someone a long time ago. It' located up on the right side of 
the steering column mount. As far as you starting problem, you just need to 
do some continuity checking of the switch and wires. There's some pictures 
of ignition switch terminals and wiring diagrams over on alfabb.com. The 
"loose" ignition switch is probably just a loose lockbolt that fastens the 
switch into the column.
