Epiflex is the manufacturer; i'm not sure but J.C. Whitney may well be
sourcing their flex sections from Epiflex.

i didn't find the direct sale prices from Epiflex to be outrageously
expensive, and the small sales staff is pleasant and knowledgeable,
something that i think should be encouraged.
