[alfa] adjusting Konis

I've just bought a pair of near-new Koni shocks for the rear of my 105 GTV.
Colour is red.  Pt number is 80-1781 sport.  They are listed as adjustable,
and indeed have the word 'adjustable' embossed in the shock itself next to
the part no.  

 

How do I actually adjust these?
