[alfa] 164 fuel pressure and hard to start

Taming of the shrew continued:

 

I have fuel pressure gauge installed, and while fuel pressure didn't drop
but restart the first and second attempts failed.

On the other occasion, fuel pressure drop to below 10psi, but it started
right away.  

But whenever restart first attempt failed engine is always very hot.
