[alfa] Oh no... SPICA problem (no fuel to cylinder 4)

Shawn - Are you really, really sure there's no fuel coming out of the #4? 
Try removing the fuel pipe from the #4 injector on the manifold and crank 
the engine without spark plugs to see if you get any fuel out the pipe. Keep 
in mind there is really a very small amount pumped on each stroke. The only 
thing I could think of is debrie in the fuel gallery preventing entry into 
the #4 plunger and barrel (unlikely), or the one-way check valve is not
