[alfa] Spider visors droop

They all do this, eventually.  And eventually, you run out of  tightening on 
the screws.  Then, you can either replace the visors with  new(er) ones, or 
you can use an unbent paperclip stuck into the top latch as a  prop to keep them 
up against the wind.
