Re: [alfa] Which battery lead - part 2.



If the -  (ground) is still connected and your wrench on the positive 
terminal touches any part of the chassis / body you will have a direct and 
very dangerous short that could well injure you as well as ruin the battery 
and whatever part of the car the wrench touches.

Re the ECU being completely removed, just the lawyers scaring the 
manufacturers and them playing it safe.
