1.    Is it a simple task to make the headlights flash on high beam rather
than low ?  Do I just switch the wires around at the junction block ?

Seems strange to me that you would need to flash your lights when on high beam
anyway ??  The factory allows lows to flash by pushing the light stalk when on
high beam or at park, but provides no flash function when on low.

2.    Should I fit a headlight relay ? (I think I know the answer to this)
