Antonio, I  just purchased this flapper door for my 95LS. I am sure it is the 
same one that is on your 91. Be careful with it as it is only potmetal. I 
barely touched mine and it broke in two. Found the replacement at International.

Judging from a response to my message "Looking for a gas cap lid for a
1991 164L" I realized that I did not

clearly specify which part I'm looking for.

It is not the gas cap that I'm looking for.  It is the round little door
that covers the opening

(in the right rear body panel) where the gas cap is.  That door is
controlled

from inside the car with a button.  While that door was open, the gas
station guy pushed it beyond its

opening stop and broke it.  If any of you have a 164 that you're taking
apart and want to sell that part,

please let me know.
