[alfa] RE: 164 gas cap

I don't believe there is anything uniquely Alfa about the 164 gas cap. In
fact, on my former 164 the gas cap was interchangeable with the gas cap on
my Grandfather's Chrysler minivan. I've never looked closely at a 164 that
was NOT North American spec, so this may not be true with ROW (rest of
world) cars.
