It is correct for the year, however it can and should be updated to a MKII
overflow bottle and cap so that it has a pressurized
overflow bottle.

Those are the connectors for the HRW.  It is common for them to disintegrate
and fall into the B post.  Remove the Bpost attaching bolt on the side,
remove the upper chrome plate and fish the wire out with a piece of wire
hanger. Reconnect and re-assemble.
Those connectors are the power for the HRW.
