was necessary to take the head off again. Preasure test showed exactly
where it came out.

There "opended" up a hole just beside the core plug ... exactly outside
the head gasket. I assume alloy was very thin due to skimming and inside
corrosion.

As welding requires to skim the head afterwards and I have to take the
head to a machine shop I tryed it the DIY way ...

I filled the hole with some liquid alloy which becomes rather hard after
drying, sanded the surface and added some sealing (handmade from the old
head gasket).
