Re: Stag Club Northeastern USA

Hi all
So how do you get an idea of how many miles your Stag has covered.
Here are some things to look at.
Play in drivers door hinges greater than passenger door.
Play in fuel cap hinge
Play in locks, and lock barrels.
Play in Steering lock.
Play in brake pedal clevis pin, or fulcrum shaft.
Play in accelerator pedal fulcrum shaft.
Play in brake light switch plunger
Play in the seat runner greater on the drivers side.
On a new car these are all dead tight.
Some movement occurs around 30 to 50 k
New looking Pedal Rubbers could have been replaced, but this is more of a high
miler modern car clockers trick.
Above are personal views. What do you think?
