administrivia: transitions

some of you may have noticed that things have been pretty disrupted lately;
in particular, there was that nasty 2 day outage for all of the digests
(except bmw-digest) a couple of weeks back.

what's been going on is that i've been preparing to give notice at my day
job, which i actually did this morning. the two day outage corresponded to
moving the new server from my office over to wizvax, and resulted from the
fact that it can (and did) take MCI 48 hours to update their route filters
so that krusty-motorsports.com, digest.net, etc., would be visible to the
outside world (wizvax is a customer of logical.net, which is a customer of
MCI, thus, getting MCI's filters updated was a critical issue.)

anyway, i'm leaving to start up a new networking business; when we're
further along, the curious will no doubt see a URL for a web page for the
business in a signature line or some such.
