RE: [ihc] S-120 4x4 panel Civilian Defense on eBay

You guys know that this is what I do, Emergency Management, the current
incarnation of CD. My mother was CD director when I was growing up.
I'd love to have it but that would be just too much money invested in
getting it here.

Someone needs to buy that truck and never restore it. Its perfect the
way
it is. Just move it to a dry climate so it will stop rusting.

All,
I just can't buy this right now. But someone should!

4x4 S-120 Panel currently at $405, closing Saturday.

It's listed as parts, not as a vehicle.

See page 264 of Crismon for what it looked like when new.

Located on Long Island, NY.
Tons of surface rust, but original CD markings visible, sadly a Ford
V8 in there but axles look original, winch seems to be there, and
they did a dual-circuit power brake conversion. Says it's a totally
reliable runner (up to about 50mph).

I just can't.
:-(

Best,
Joel
