[ihc] Death Valley, Arizona show, Tulare and an invitation

Allan and whomever,

We're otherwise occupied in Beatty, NV the week before, and the weekend 
of, the Arizona Show. However, we'll be back in Shoshone (Death Valley) 
the week between Arizona and the Tulare show. This week would be a 
perfect time for any IH'ers to gather there, explore DV for a week with 
us, and then move on to Tulare, Friday, the 15th.

We'll be delighted to see IH'ers that we already know, and happy to see 
anyone caring to check us out to see if we're worth knowing. (doubtful)

The inimitable Eldon and the even more inimitable Rose would be welcome 
additions.
