Don't think I saw this mentioned yet, but the 74/5 truck headers follow the 
same pattern as the stock manifolds.  The passenger side goes over the starter 
and then drops down.  I have not installed mine yet so I don't know if there is 
enough "wiggle" room to get them to work with the stock routing.  I do believe 
there is some starter removal/loosening involved in installing them.
