[ihc] rear dump

What are the availabilities of the rear dump exhaust manifolds? I think
I need a passenger side one for this Travelall. It looks like it cracked
after the number 4 cylinder and someone JB welded it back together. I
didn't check the truck with it running, but; I can see some kind of
weld, or obvious build-up of epoxy-like stuff right there with a piece
of it missing. I bet that is where my leak is located. I know there is
one, because you can hear it when you drive, coming from the passenger
side.
