Every time I call them, they answer the phone, and I call about twice a week.  They get inundated with e-mails, so you can expect a delay if you choose that route.  If a person wants instant gratification, they need to call.  I do know that one of the main guys there has been out all week with an injury, and it is all the other one can do to manage without him.  I think that would be a probable cause.
