I haven't owned the "binderbulletin.com" domain for 3+ years, Joel.

"binderbulletin.ORG" is the only domain that should be of interest to friends
of the Binder Bulletin.

As Jeff, indicated, we should be back up & running sometime this evening. My
apologies to everyone.

The problem, as isolated by Jeff, appears to have been a slowly dying router.
This router would respond to pings & pass UDP traceroute packets, then choke
on larger transmissions.  Jeff has replaced this router and is installing it
as we speak.  His predicted time for returning to service is somethime this
evening.
