[ihc] Tcases in PU/TAs?

My friend has a 69/70 D series Travelall and the shift pattern is different
than my two other 74 and 75 Travelalls with NP205s, so is his Tcase a
different unit divorced behind his BW auto trans than my 4spd/727 TAs with
NP205s?  Also, I remember seeing NP205s in the earlier trucks, so did IH
use some other tcase for a few years or what?
