I followed Doug Shailor's lead and used some rubber machine mounts to secure
the radiator in my topless SII. McMaster-Carr part # 9376K129. They are 3/4"
thick, so some setups may have fan clearance issues. Doug has a radiator
with relocated mounting brackets to address this issue. My radiator is a
stock 3 row, and I have plenty of clearance with a generic aftermarket flex
fan. I *think* a stock fixed fan would also clear with no problem. Clutch
fan? I dunno, I ditched mine and don't notice the s'posed big difference in
noise that everyone complains about ;).
